Adults
Sessions for all standards – from absolute beginners to advanced match players. Choose between lively group coaching and focused one-to-one lessons with the coach of your choice, ensuring your development matches your goals and pace.
Juniors
Fun-filled coaching for ages 4-18. Build tennis skills, confidence, and friendships from Tots to Teens. Sessions are available in group formats to foster teamwork and match play, or individual lessons for personalised attention and targetted improvement.

Schools
At Metro Tennis, we work closely with local schools across Southfields, Wimbledon and South-West London to deliver high quality tennis coaching programmes that inspire and develop young players within the school environment. Our school coaching is designed ot complement PE lessons or provide after-school clubs, catering to all abilities – from complete beginners to budding competitors.
Holiday Camps
School holiday camps (Easter, Summer Half Term & Summer) packed with games, drills, and matches for all ages and abilities, combining fun group activities with tennis progression.

Training and Sessions
Q: How are training sessions structured?

A: Please bring your racquet, appropriate tennis attire, water bottle, and any personal items you may need (e.g., sunscreen, hat). If rain looks a possibility, please also bring a waterproof jacket as play will continue in light rain.

Policies and Procedures
Q: What is Metro Tennis’s cancellation policy? A: Any session can be cancelled with a minimum of 24-hours notice at which point a credit will be issued that can be used on any equivalent session in the following month. Policies
Q: What is Metro Tennis’s wet weather policy? A: We will only cancel a session due to weather if the coach deems the courts unplayable. You will be notified approximately 30 minutes before a session starts. If this happens, players will be issued a credit which will be valid for a maximum of 1 month from the date of issue. Policies
Q: How does the club handle injuries during training or matches?
A: All our coaches are first-aid trained. For minor injuries, we provide immediate care on-site. For more serious incidents, we have procedures in place to ensure prompt medical attention.
