Lucas has over 20 years of coaching experience, working with both junior and adult players from beginners through to national-level competitors. During this time, he has coached in a wide range of environments, including high performance centres, traditional tennis clubs, schools, and in several Head Coach roles.  A highlight of his coaching career was when one of his squads was awarded Surrey LTA Team of the Year in 2016.  Lucas is an LTA Accredited Level 3 Coach and as such is both First Aid trained and DBS checked.  He enjoys helping players develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game in a positive and supportive environment.  His all-time favourite player is Roger Federer, although he currently enjoys watching Carlos Alcaraz. His favourite shot is the forehand.
