Safeguarding Policy

We take safeguarding extremely seriously. All our coaches are:

  • DBS checked
  • Safeguarding trained
  • LTA accredited

Health & Safety

All sessions are conducted with appropriate risk assessments and safety measures in place.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy allows for:

  • 48 hours notice for individual lesson cancellations
  • Full refunds for sessions canceled by Metro Tennis due to weather or other circumstances
  • Make-up sessions where possible

Payment Terms

Payment is required at time of booking via TeamUp or by prior arrangement. We accept:

  • Online payment (credit/debit card)
  • Bank transfer
  • Childcare vouchers

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with GDPR. We collect only essential information and never share it with third parties without consent.
